Who is behind NBH-Systems
NBH-Systems was founded by Dorian Tobollik and Timo Hartig, who serves as Managing Director.
Timo is responsible for business management, organization, sales, and customer communication.
Product development and technical design are handled by Dorian, who, as a developer, is responsible for the functional and technical design of the systems.
NBH-Systems stands for practical system solutions that arise from real requirements in technical work environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Timo – Managing Director: Company management, operational processes, customer service, sales, and strategic alignment.
Dorian – Development & Design: Technical concept development, product development, prototyping, and functional optimization.
This clear division of roles ensures that both entrepreneurial responsibility and technical quality are clearly assigned.
Technical Experience
The development of the patented NBH systems is based on many years of practical experience in the technical field. Challenges such as limited space, changing locations, and high mechanical loads are directly taken into account in the design.
The focus is on:

- functional clarity

Why these products
Many existing solutions are not consistently thought through for daily use.
NBH-Systems products were developed to solve specific functional problems – without unnecessary complexity or theoretical over-engineering. The goal is systems that are reliable, comprehensible, and durably usable in everyday work.
Development & Motivation
Product development follows a clear technical standard: a system must function in real use – reproducibly, robustly, and meaningfully integrated into existing workflows. Prototypes are tested, adjusted, and further developed until they meet these requirements. Only then are they launched onto the market.
Since when NBH-Systems has been active
NBH-Systems has existed in its current corporate form since October 2025.
Prior to this, a predecessor company was active, from which NBH-Systems emerged. With the transformation in October 2025, the structure and orientation were brought into their current form, while development work and professional experience were continuously pursued.
