Should you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service beforehand . This will allow us to process the return quickly and smoothly for you.

Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items that have already been assembled or used are excluded from returns, unless statutory warranty claims apply.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping. After receipt and inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded via the originally chosen payment method.

Please note that custom-made or customer-specific products are excluded from returns.
